Flounder in Sour Cream Sauce

1 pound flounder
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

Preheat ovlen to 400 degrees. Arrange flounder in a buttered baking dish. In a bowl, combine sour cream, Italian seasoning, prepared mustard, ginger, and seasoned salt. Spread over the filets and bake for 25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
Serving Size: 4.
